GET Outdoors Oman endeavours to provide a high standard of provision in all tours and activities we offer.  With over 20 years in the adventure travel business our experience and attention to detail ensures we are one of the premier adventure tourism providers in Oman.

GET is covered annually to a limit of 2.5 million Omani Rial. Our policy covers us for a range of adventure activities.

 GET provide qualified and experienced guides and instructors for all of our activities and tours.  Our aim is to develop our local Omani team to become proficient leaders in the tourism sector. We are also supported by seasonal consultants who assist in this development of our local team and to support the more specialized activities where safety is paramount.  All of our guides and instructors are First Aid qualified and are equipped with the necessary first aid equipment related to a specific tour or activity.

GET carry out risk assessments for all of our activities and the areas in which we work, tour and explore.  

We boast a high standard of equipment for all of our activities and ensure it is in good working order prior to use.  Regular inspections, servicing and replacement gives us peace of mind that we have the equipment for our guests to do the job.

GET will require all participants, whether individuals or as part of a group, to complete our online Smart-Waiver.  A link will be sent to the person organizing or individuals participating in an activity with our company.  A copy of the waiver can be found on the following link:

    • Guest will also be asked to complete a medical and dietary form to ensure we can confidently provide the services the meet your needs.  
    • All information collected by GET is strictly confidential and deleted within 12 months of receipt.

To ensure we provide a safe and comfortable experience, all participants are required to complete a brief medical and dietary information form. This allows our team to understand any health conditions, allergies, or specific dietary requirements that may affect your participation. The information helps us tailor support, prepare appropriate provisions, and respond effectively in case of an emergency.

All personal information collected by GET is treated with strict confidentiality. We only use your data to ensure your safety and comfort during our tours and activities. Your details are securely stored and automatically deleted within 12 months of receipt. We do not share your information with third parties unless required for safety or legal purposes, ensuring full protection of your privacy.
